Terms and Conditions of Sale
For your convenience, we do our best to make sure your reported
measurements will work well with the sizes you select.
- All garments must be inspected within 5 business days of receipt.
- Please be aware that all sales are final.
- We will exchange a garment for size reasons only when:
- We are notified within 5 business days of receipt,
- It is returned in its original condition without wear, and
- It is on the hanger and in the bag in which it was
originally sent
- Exchanges will be based on availability. Should an exact exchange
not be available in the size you need, a substitute will be issued
as close to the original choice as possible once the original
garment has been returned.
- In the event that a substitute garment is not available in the
size needed, a backorder will be issued and a garment will be sent
at the first availability.
