Shirt Sleeve:
Measure from top vertebrae (neckbone at the top of spine), across shoulder and down arm to break of wrist.

Neck:
Measure around center of neck, adding a half inch to the measurement to ensure comfort.
Note: Tuxedo shirts have expandable necks that will expand to a half size larger.
